I had booked through dtdc plus one envelop containing draft for college fees from Pune to Hyderabad vide consignment number V16417960 dated 11th Sep 2014. The cosignment was booked around noon with oral confirmation of 24 hours delivery.
Surprisingly after more than 100 calls by me and the recipient yesterday to knwo status, I was informed consignment had not left Pune office even after 30 hours i.e at 6 pm on 12th Sep.
My relative’s admission to engineering college stands cancelled on account of the negligence by your organisation.
Please investigate thoroughly and revert asap.

I am the branch manager of Prayag Group Dhuri Branch 0449.Your officers in Dhuri DTDC office are not delevering our courier and returning them without concern.Plus they are behaving badly with us.Courier return no. are K73119199 and K73117835. We also give this information to ludhiana officer Mr.Shiv Tyagi mob no.84276-85153.But he didnt take it seriousely.There are hunderds of couier released in Head office koklkata per day through DTDC.I will request to ho to stop using your service.Good Bye I really dissapointed with your attitude.
