I was never contacted by the delivery person nor I received a call and i was available at my address all the time so how can officially be updated as consignee not available.
This is faked out situation that delivery person intentionally doesn’t delivered on time and consequences for that are put to consignee …
This is not expected from BLUEDART Pathetic service and communication from the team.

Got text message that parcel is undelivered because of address issues and trying to reschedule from last 3 days. No one is responding at customer care. Worst experience ever.

You are such a layer. Due to bad weather i tell your employee for next day deliver but till npw 3 days after i have not received my parcel. There is no morale values and humanity and now my business are suffering.

Blue dart is delivering items of different merchants. QR code is also provided to blue dart to receive payments. But when any wrong or other item is received by the customer, the Bluedart official do not cooperate. Why Bluedart signs aggreement with such default company or merchant.
