YAD Slams Patiala Centre’s Move To Send Fact Finding Group

The Central government’s move of sending its team of fact finding for looking into the alleged scam of the education department of Punjab, the Youth Akali Dal (YAD) on Friday told that the leadership of Congress at the centre by doing so attacked the federal structure of the country. The district president of Patiala of YAD Preetinder Sing said in a statement that the team which has been sent by the congress led government of UPA for collecting facts on purchasing the books for the libraries in the primary schools, is an effort towards tarnishing the image of government of SAD BJP and was a conspiracy involving few of the leaders of the Congress.

The YAD chief of YAD was questioned regarding the illegal and unprecedented act of sending the self team of Congress for inspecting the irregularities while an inquiry was already being conducted. Various scams have come in light in the states which are being ruled by Congress.

YAD will be launching a state wide campaign opposing the government of UPA, he said, saying that the party will be burning the effigy of state and central Congress leaders for this action.

The leader of YAD said that since Congress has been demoralized after the defeat in a number of elections lately, the leaders of state were using the central government against the SAD BJP Government. The YAD leader said that YAD will not be tolerating any such attitude of the leaders of the State Congress and would be exposing them in front of the public along with the scams which have been committed by UPA government lately. The central government was supposed to send a team to Punjab for covering the failures of the Congress just before the polls of Lok Sabha started.
