S. Avtar Singh added that no kar sewa would be held during the overhaul of Jahaji Haveli of Dewan Todar Mal.

He stated that the Shiromani Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee had taken up the services of a designer for the reinstatement of the momentous building, the building of the boundary wall and the landscaping of the region near Jahaji Haveli.

SGPC head added that the building work of the Baba Banda Singh Bahadur repository was going on.

Executive Engineer Manpreet Singh, Parmjit Singh and other associates of the Shiromani Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee were among those there in the gathering.

Banda Bahadur was sent by Sri Guru Gobind Singh to the state to reprimand the unkind rulers of the time.

Shortly, Sikh forces, under the leadership of Banda Bahadur, killed many tyrants, including Nazab Wazir Khan, who was responsible for mercilessly killing the two younger sons of Guru Gobind Singh.
