PSEB Engineers Decided To Intensify Their Agitation In Patiala

The PSEBEA (PSEB Engineers Association) has decided to intensify their agitation against the policies of the PSPCL management. The main reason behind this is that the management 0f the PSPCL management has still not fulfilled the demands of these engineers. In a meeting the, the head of this organization Baldev Singh saran said that they hold a Dharna against the management of July 5.

Saran also included that he had discussed this matter with the chief minister earlier in October 2012 in some meeting and the chief minister admired the point of view and therefore directed the management to implement the policies however, the management has failed to do so since it was the time bound matter.

He also included that the management has completely failed to implement the plans and the decisions which were taken in that particular meeting and therefore they are holding a dharna against the management. Moreover, the management of PSPCL is working on the pace of snail for the project of `Mukerian thermal power plant which is one of the most important aspects which will be helpful in reducing the cost of power in the state.

He also requested chief minister of the state in order to intervene and ask the management to follow the given direction as soon as possible.

Saran also included that the management has failed to implement the plans for the recruitment of AEs as well as the staff which was necessary for the project since it was falling short of staff for the project. In addition to this it was also not able to provide the quota which was allocated to BBMB staff members. He also claimed that the injustice of the management did not end here since it is also issuing the show cause notices to the engineers in the false grounds.
