10 Year Old Victim Of Apathy Suffered In Patiala Hospital

An unknown 10 year old, who was taken to the Govt Rajinder Healthcare center from the Ludhiana Municipal Healthcare center yesterday, was supposedly not given the proper treatment for approximately twenty hours. With nobody to manage, he stayed unwatched in ward of pediatrics.

The worker in the ward told the Tribune that boy was taken to the emergency ward at 10.30 pm. He said that the boy was sent to the surgery therapy ward. Since no relative was available there, the individual was sent to the pediatric ward where he has been relaxing unwatched.

A ward attendant told Tribune that the boy was brought to the main emergency at 10.30 pm. “He was transferred to the surgical operation ward. Since no occupant available there, the sufferer was transferred to the pediatric ward where he has been lying neglected,” he stated.

The boy was incapable to discuss. He is in bad form. He needed some surgery therapy, but neither the pediatrics nor the surgery therapy department has worried to cure the kid. The worker approved that the boy passed on bed but there was nobody to either fresh him or nourish him. He said that cops had been already told but there was no medical evaluation performed.

Dr. Jasvir Singh, who was the head of department of pediatrics that he was not unaware of the case of that boy however; the case was not handled by him. Moreover, Dr. Dharampal Singh also added that there was problem in the rectal prolapsed of that kid. However, now the surgery department will take full care of that boy.
