   dear sir

   i am one of your patients and i am really impressed with your personality and attitude and i appreciate all your endeavors for the well being of people and i have also got huge benefit by meeting you

   these days my treatment is not going under your supervision but i really feel the need to consult you regarding various sensitive and complex issues confronting my way

   i am very emotional kind of person and i not able to control my emotion that is the main reason that i always tend to suffer intentionally or unintentionally

   even some times i can not understand myself you might have observed by treating me
   actually sir i don’t consider myself as a patient i think that i always needed proper supervision and guidance due to the lackness i could be at my expected levels as of now

   but still i am really struggling and you are also one of my role models

   i just need your guidance and support to stay calm cool steady and healthy person
